About Kubo EPC
Kubo EPC is run by Jovan and a small team of qualified energy assessors based in Swanley, Kent. We are Quidos-accredited and have experience with all types of properties, from studio flats to six-bedroom detached houses.
We know the housing stock in this part of Kent and South East London because we live here and work here every day. 1930s semis in Bexley, Victorian terraces in Dartford, new builds in Ebbsfleet, ex-council flats in Eltham. We have assessed them all and we know what affects their ratings.
How it works
- You book online or call. Pick a date and time that suits you. We work seven days a week, 8am to 6pm. Next-day is almost always available.
- We visit and assess the property. Takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on size. We check walls, roof, windows, heating, insulation, lighting. Everything that feeds into the RDSAP 10 calculation.
- Your certificate gets lodged. Usually within 24 hours of the visit, often the same day. You get the PDF by email as soon as it is on the government register.
- You get honest advice. If there are cheap improvements that would bump your rating up a band or two, we will tell you. If there is nothing worth doing, we will tell you that too.
