What services do you offer?
We provide EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates), professional floor plans, EICRs for landlords, and fire risk assessments for HMOs and blocks of flats. Add a floor plan to your EPC (or vice versa) and save.
How quickly can you visit?
Same-day and next-day appointments are usually available. We cover all London boroughs and surrounding areas in Kent.
Can I book multiple services in one visit?
Yes. An EPC and floor plan can be done in the same visit, saving you time and money. Fire risk assessments can also be combined with an EPC where practical.
What qualifications do your assessors have?
Our assessors are fully qualified and accredited through Quidos and Elmhurst. All EPC assessments use RDSAP 10 methodology.
How long does each assessment take?
An EPC takes 30-60 minutes. A floor plan takes 20-30 minutes. If booking both together, the whole visit takes 45-75 minutes. Fire risk assessments vary depending on property size.
