How much does an EPC cost?
Our prices are fixed based on bedrooms: Studio £69, 1-3 bed £79, 4-5 bed £115, 6+ bed £140. No hidden fees. That includes the assessment, lodgement and certificate.
How quickly can you visit?
Same-day and next-day appointments are usually available. We cover Dartford, Bromley, Bexley, Sidcup and surrounding areas, plus all London boroughs.
What qualifications do your assessors have?
Our assessors are fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessors, accredited through Quidos and Elmhurst. All assessments use the latest RDSAP methodology.
How long does an EPC assessment take?
A typical EPC assessment takes 30-60 minutes depending on the size of the property. Your certificate is lodged and delivered within 24 hours, often the same day.
Do I need an EPC?
You need a valid EPC whenever you sell, rent or build a property. Landlords must have a valid EPC before marketing a property to let, and the property must meet the minimum E rating under MEES regulations.
Do you offer rates for landlords and agents?
